Account
Do I need to register before placing an order?
No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you view order history and speeds up future checkout, but it’s optional.
Ordering & Payment
Can I remove items from the shopping cart?
Yes. Before placing your order, you can add or remove items in the cart. After the order is submitted, items can’t be edited—see the next question for changes/cancellations.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order is unpaid, you can modify and resubmit. If your order is paid but not yet shipped, we can help modify or cancel it within 24 hours of purchase. Please email support@vaporsr.shop with your order number.
Can you customize items?
Not at this time. Items are sold as shown on the product pages.
I need to change color/size/shipping address/shipping method on a paid order—what can I do?
We can update these details only if the order has not shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at support@vaporsr.shop.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Shopify’s secure checkout. Accepted methods include:
- Shop Pay (Shopify Payments)
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
- PayPal (you can also pay with a card via PayPal without creating a PayPal account)
How do you secure my payment information?
All transactions are processed over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Card data is handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal—we do not store full card numbers.
Why is my refund sometimes less than the item price?
If a discount or promotion was applied, refunds reflect the actual amount paid for each item after discounts.
Size & Fit
How can I choose the right size?
Please check the Size Chart on each product page. Most styles are available in S/M/L/XL/2XL/3XL. Measurements are shown in centimeters and inches.
What does “Free Size” mean?
“Free size” means one size fits most (generally close to a Medium). Please refer to the product’s size chart for exact measurements.
Shipping & Handling
Where do you ship from?
We fulfill orders through our U.S.-focused network and select the closest available facility based on inventory. Items in the same order may ship separately.
Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (selected based on service availability).
How much is shipping?
Free Standard Shipping on orders of $60+. A flat rate of $5.99 applies to orders under $60. The exact rate appears at checkout after you enter your address.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
Yes. These addresses are served via standard shipping (timelines may be longer). Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
How long does shipping take?
- Order processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Transit time: 7–15 business days (Mon–Sat)
- Cut-off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT are processed the next business day
Order tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking updates usually appear within 24–48 hours after dispatch, but for some carriers it can take up to 2–5 business days to show the first scan. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 6 business days of purchase, please contact us at support@vaporsr.shop.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange on all orders, whether or not there is a quality issue. Return shipping is covered by us (we’ll provide a prepaid return label). Before sending anything back, please email us at support@vaporsr.shop to request an RMA. For full details, see our Return Policy.
